Trevor Bailey  MSc BEd CertEd is an International Consultant, Lecturer & Trainer with 35 years experience deploying strategies in quality, innovation, environment and social compliance in public and private organisations. His career includes managing operations in high integrity castings, electronics and plastic/paper/liquid packaging. He spent over 20 years as a lecturer at Salford University Business School on their MBA & Quality/Purchasing/Logistics programs at the same time as Managing Director of Manchester Qualitycentre.

Organisational Improvements achieved include deploying the Excellence Model and Balanced Scorecard in large multi-site organisations and supply-chain improvements as a lead trainer for auditors of the IKEA Global Supplier Assurance program in quality, environment and social compliance.

He has deployed QHSE systems & standards in many businesses in public and private sector. 

He has a reputation as an outstanding trainer and teacher using exciting, business-relevant and stimulating methods enabling directors and staff to understand and implement better ways of working.

 

Elizabeth Morgan has more than 25 years experience creating successful and profitable brands, and growing markets, through innovation in marketing and product development. Brands like No 7, Carlsberg and Clearasil , in markets such as OTC healthcare, skincare, vitamins, cosmetics, toiletries.  She backs her expertise with a deep understanding of the links between innovation, sustainability and competitive advantage. Now a consultant in sustainable innovation for brands and product development.

 

Jukka Vasarainen is an experienced Textile Engineer with over  30 years in manufacturing and sourcing. He developed his initial career as a production specialist and textile factory manager in Scandinavia. Jukka moved into international sourcing over 22 years ago with IKEA Trading. He worked in various strategic and operational leadership roles in Europe and Asia. He has lived and worked in Pakistan and India. In addition to textiles, he has worked in other material areas; flatline furniture, lighting and metal.  His final role in IKEA from 2007 was  Global Category Manager for Trading. In 2012 he setup his own Sourcing and Consultancy company JTex based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Jukka is very much a hands on factory, operational improvement and efficiency development resource at Robert Vernon Associates.

 

Dr Andrew Tempest has 23 years senior management experience at the Mars Group, with over 10 years at Director level in their European operations. After Mars he continued to work within the FMCG industry, then becoming an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford England. For the last 5 years he has been a Consultant in Marketing Services.
